We design and construct practice-oriented solutions for crushing, sieving, screening, separation and sorting plants.

In particular we deal with plants for re-processing industrial by-products (waste incineration slag), for crushing and sieving construction waste, for sorting commercial waste and wood, for metal recovery and separation of iron, for processing sand, gravel, natural stone and waste.

As early as in 1984 we delivered the first slag processing plant abroad (Malmø).
Design, building and repair of our processing facilities have greatly benefited from our decades of experience in recycling.

Whether it be a large-scale plant to be designed by our modern CAD-Software or an urgently needed spare bushing, whether it be the erection and implementation of a special plant or the repair of a conveyor belt by our technicians, here user serves user.

We specialise in individual solutions, e.g.

  • the construction and building of complete slag processing plants,
  • the subsequent installation of highly efficient machines for the separation of non-iron materials into existing processing plants,
  • plants for the separation of ammunition from soil,
  • optimization of wood shredders for the separation of metals,
  • boost of the engine performance of mobile screening plants up to 4000 (!) tons of iron ore per day.
At the customer‘ s request we also use their old units after they have been refurbished/reconditioned and re-varnished in our own paint shop.

Numerous companies already order our spare parts, e.g. the internal lining of impact crushers, the blades of wheel loaders or other parts that are subject to wear. Our trained personnel can make use of a comprehensively equipped metalworking shop.
Thus repairs of engines, transmission gears, conveyor belt rollers etc. don‘ t pose a problem for us. There is a comprehensive spare parts depot to meet the needs of our customers.
We work with plasma cutting systems, CNC welding torches, welding apparatuses,
CNC lathes, and boring, milling, bending and stamping machines. Our CNC torch can deal with material of up to a thickness of 300 mm.
